Event Calendar

Two works by Australian composer Percy Grainger will be on the program of this dual concert. The Lawrence Wind Ensemble Band, under the direction of Andrew Mast, will perform Grainger’s “Lincolnshire Posy” while the Symphonic Band, directed by Matthew Arau, will perform “Colonial Song.” The wind ensemble program also features contemporary works by James Stephenson and French composer Désiré Dondeyne. The symphonic band program includes David Maslanka’s “California” and Viet Cuong’s “Moth.” Free and open to the public.
