Brenda Tracy shares her story of being gang-raped in 1998 as a single mother of two boys by four men, including two members of the Oregon State University football team. Although she reported the assault to the police, the men were arrested and booked into jail, ultimately no charges were ever filed. Now a registered nurse, she speaks frequently around the country about sexual assault and serves as a consultant for Oregon State University. The event is hosted by Lawrence student organization MARS (Men Against Rape and Sexual Assault). Free and open to the public.
