Dave Cieslewicz, executive director of the Wisconsin Bike Fed and founder of 1000 Friends of Wisconsin, discusses the multiple benefits of biking, not only to the environment and local economy, but also to each individual biker’s mental and physical health. As mayor of Madison from 2003 to 2011, Cieslewicz led efforts to make the city one of the nation’s most bike-friendly places. Free and open to the public.
