Looking for a fun, free and less stressful way to outfit your family with Halloween costumes? The Neenah Public Library will join National Costume Swap Day by holding a budget and environmentally friendly Costume Swap. Early Bird hours (for those donating a costume to the event) will be 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.; General Admission will be 11:00 a.m. – noon. The event is for all ages; kids 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Donate your clean, gently used costumes at the Neenah Library Youth Desk now and up to 10:00 a.m. the day of the Swap, and you will receive an Early Bird Pass for you and your family to enter the event. The sooner donations are brought in, the better for sorting and display. Three accessories will be accepted as one costume. Every person attending is eligible to leave with one free costume. (Number of costumes donated does not have to be equivalent to the number of costumes families leave with.)
