gladU is designed to help young women develop a strong sense of self and authenticity by fostering ciritical thinking, communication skills and the development of personal branding. The program will also help girls explore potential career and educational paths, set high-reaching goals and identify the means to achieve them. It will assist participants in finding how they fit within the global community and learning how to make a positive impact. The program’s leaders are all Wisconsin-certified teachers and St. Norbert students who are chosen for their ability to serve as positive role models.
