On Thursday, April 20, 2017, Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology (FVHO), in partnership with Heartland Hospice Care, will host a free presentation and workshop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. that will assist individuals in completing health care power of attorney and medical living wills.
The seminar will take place at FVHO’s Health & Wellness Center, located at 3925 N. Gateway Drive, Appleton. FVHO physician Dr. Jack Swanson will be the presenting speaker for the event in support of National Healthcare Decisions Day.
