Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve and Fort Howard Paper Foundation Wildlife Area will be open for the 9 day gun-deer season in 2017 BY PERMIT ONLY. A limited number of permits are available, which will be issued by random drawing. Applicants may register for the drawing as an individual, or as a group (no more than 3 people per group). Applicants may not register for the drawing in both categories.
Registration for the drawing will take place between AUGUST 1-15, 2017 by calling the preserve at (920) 434-2824.
