The 2017 Congressional Art Competition, hosted by Congressman Gallagher, provides an opportunity for students to display their work in a professional gallery setting and to participate in a juried art exhibition. The Trout Museum of Art is pleased to be the venue for this exhibition, which will feature artwork created by high school students in Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional District.
