Please join us Wednesday mornings in February at 10:00 a.m. in the Shattuck Room for “Bookworm Yoga: Getting Bendy with Books.” Breathe, bend and read together with winter-themed stories, rhymes and songs. Children will develop literacy with simple poses and mindfulness exercises. Please bring a beach towel and join us. All ages welcome.
